Google Changes its Algo on 22 September, 2007

Last night I was checking my site stats on Google and shocked when I saw my site on better standing. Some Major Fluctuations have been there and I was wondering to find out more. But I got nothing in my favor. So I decided that this is just because of changing in Google Algo. Google has been updated its algo on Saturday 22nd September, 2007. According to me there could be seen huge Fluctuations on different sites ranking.
