HEC Website Hacked by Turkish Programmers

It has been observed that an Official Portal of Paksitan Higher Education Commission was hacked on last night. This sensational news is reported by the Government Officials. It is very strange that after having a high security alerts on government portals, a website is hacked by a Turkish programmer. This shows that a low security level is using amongst government portals. It is also added that HEC is an institutation in Pakistan, which has over 2 million graduates producing each year
