The world's top software company could boost its online presence dramatically if Yahoo accepts a
$44.6 billion bid to be purchased.

Microsoft has offered Yahoo shareholders a 62 percent premium on their shares to sell the company.
Yahoo's latest disappointing earnings announcement helped to depress the stock price, making it a
renewed target for a takeover.

"We have great respect for Yahoo!, and together we can offer an increasingly exciting set of solutions
for consumers, publishers and advertisers while becoming better positioned to compete in the online
services market," Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer said in a statement.

With online advertising projected to grow to $80 billion by 2010, Microsoft can grab a larger slice of
that pie if it can pull in Yahoo, which ranks as the world's heaviest trafficked web property.

Nisar, as far as organic

Nisar, as far as organic results are concerned, they are usually unstable on MSN. If MSN purchases Yahoo! Inc, the results may be more bitter. You are a consultant, you might face many times difficulties while ranking a website on msn. Like if you see your website today on No.1, and very next day it might be on N.100 i.e. 10th page of MSN. So I'm 100% sure that Microsoft will have no big deal while purchasing Yahoo! Inc. In addition, MSN has no strong service except hotmail.com and until now it delievers its flop services to the users. People are frustrated to have msn and Yahoo!.

If MSN and Yahoo! Inc Merge

Hi! How are you today? My guess is that even if MSN and Yahoo! merge, there will be much time before we see any changes... Just because this all is not that easy to implement... But I do hope for the better, though many marketers suspect that this change will be for the worse and MSN won't manage to improve and it will only ruin all Y! great products like Flickr and Answers.

Thanks,

Yahoo! is no more alive

Hello Dear Readers,

In my point of view, Yahoo! Inc struggling since last two years and finding itself a rival of Google, but unfortunately Yahoo! Inc failed to make that happened. Therefore, Yahoo! Inc losses its market shares very quickly. Yahoo! has its different products or you can say a multi product lines and therefore, it is very difficult for them to focus on a single one. On the other hand Google providing the same services as Yahoo! Inc is doing, but Google has earned its major business from Adsense and Adwords Program. This is the only success that makes Google on top and that’s why Google soon became a big market giant. Google has its lot of flop services like Orkut (famous in Germany only), Fruggle, and Bloggers.com. But Google definitely increases its revenue from Adwords program which is very famous throughout the nations. Google has one more product which is mind blowing and that product is Google Earth. Most of the Americans uses Google Map service, so what makes Google on top.. Yea.. its Google Adwords. Hope this comparison will have some good impact on your minds.

Thanks,
